Project architect and project team designer for the first phase building of a three-phase speculative office building complex for Ciminelli Development Corporation.  This building was the largest on the site, and was completed in 2000.  It has a U-shaped plan with two office wings that have a landscaped courtyard in between.  An elevated patio overlooking the courtyard provides a place for employees to enjoy lunch or for tenant companies to host events.  Built on 20 acres and collectively containing 250,000 square feet, it currently hosts 9 companies.
