Created and presented a digital color study for the repainting of the North Grand Island Bridges.  The study involved documenting existing bridge conditions and then producing digital color options for transportation and bridge authority review and approval.  As part of the feasibility study, public hearings were conducted for public review and commentary.  These color options led to the final selection of the repainted bridges.
